There's no lift column. The arm on its 900 mm pedestal stacks pallets up to 2.1 m high, and we confirm the height for your product and arm in your quote.

How fast is it?

7 a minute beside your team. 12 at high speed. Double it with light cartons.

Rates are for 10 kg cartons, picked one at a time. Packing something light, like a 1 kg carton of rice crisps? The large gripper can pick two at once, so every cycle moves twice the cartons.

An ABB industrial robot with a Mexx vacuum gripper picks whole rows or groups from the conveyor. Single or dual pallet stations, guarding and light curtains, and a central HMI for recipes and changeovers.

ABB's palletising app runs on the FlexPendant. Your team sets up a new product by entering the box size, choosing the pallet and drawing the pattern — no code. ABB says it cuts programming and engineering time by up to 80%.
