This Privacy Policy explains how Mexx Engineering Pty Ltd (ABN 58 121 994 563) ("Mexx", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through the website mexxbot.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you reserve a MexxBot or contact us, we collect:

- Your delivery address (where you provide it); and
- The details of the configuration you select.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe, on its own secure systems.
2. Why we collect it
We use your personal information to:
- process your reservation and deposit payment;
- prepare quotes, invoices and order confirmations;
- contact you about your order and arrange delivery; and
- fulfil and support the goods and services you purchase.
We do not add you to a marketing mailing list, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we use to operate the website and fulfil your order. These providers process the information on our behalf:

All card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own PCI-compliant payment pages. We never see, handle or store your full card number.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how our website is used — for example, how many people visit and which pages they view. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal information or track you across other websites. We do not run advertising tracking. When you proceed to payment, Stripe's payment pages may set cookies necessary to process your transaction securely, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and provide support, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
